Following last week’s theme of things posted months ago that I’m just now getting to, here’s something you really ought to read. It’s a set of 22 rules for storytelling that Emma Coats, formerly of Pixar, tweeted in 2011. This is how Pixar works its magic.

I don’t think any of these are ironclad, but all of them are worth considering.
